Sam Coulton
Multidisciplinary Designer
I am a London based multidisciplinary designer working across architectural, set and production design.
I have worked on projects for studios including RSHP, EBBA, Matthew Butcher Studio, Block9 & SWEAR. In particular as designer for the Brit Awards 2022 and Gorillaz Live Shows 2023 for Swear; and as architectural lead for IICON for Block9 at Glastonbury Festival.
Awarded the Sir Banister Fletcher Medal for attaining the highest marks from the Bartlett School of Architecture in 2018, I am also a Lecturer in Drawing and Digital Skills at UCL and have taught in London since 2015.
My academic work received a commendation for the RIBA Silver Medal and has been published in Dezeen. Whilst my thesis has been published in AJAR: Arena Journal of Architectural Research. I am also a current member of the RIBA Educational Development Group, working to help talented and disadvantaged students to achieve their degrees.

I am a confident speaker, and was a panel member at BBC Introducing Live, 2019, however working with others as part of a larger production team is where I find most joy!
I am proficient in: Adobe PS / Ai / Indd / Rhino / Vectorworks / Microstation / Grasshopper / Enscape / Twinmotion. With working knowledge of: Cinema 4D / Premiere / SketchUP / Daz3D /
